NOW TO THE INSIDE LOVE SEAT W/ CENTER CONSOLE & ELECTRIC FIREPLACE ,TV/ DVD PLAYER ADDED TO BEDROOM LAST YEAR HAS QUEEN BED WITH NEW MATTRESS, NEW TIRES AND SHOCKS ADDED TO BOTH AXLES ALL WHEEL BEARING REPACKED AND SEALS REPLACED . SNAP PADS ON FRONT LEGS / REAR JACKS HAVE STABILIZER ARMS , STABILIZER ADDED TO STEPS ,ROLL OUT TRAY IN BASEMENT COMPARTMENT, A/C UNIT HAS A AIR FLOW KIT ADDED & VENT COVERS ADDED TO ROOF. THIS IS ONE OF THE SMALLEST 5TH WHEELS OUT THERE. EVERYTHING WORKS AS IT SHOULD.GREAT FOR A COUPLE . FREE & CLEAR PA. TITLE IN HAND
