2022 Grand Design Transcend Xplor (321BH) in Very Good Condition - Only 1 Owner

Grand Design is one of the industry's premier builders of 4 season Travel Trailers. With Standard R-11 insulation in the main floor, R-9 in the walls, and R-40 in the roof.

The 321BH was built with the family in mind. You have a Bunkhouse with four beds and lots of storage space. There are 6 six drawered storage compartments, two open compartments under the lower bunks, and a closet.

The bunkhouse has a 1/2 bath, a foot flush stool, and a vanity with under-sink storage.

The kitchen has a large under-counter stainless steel farm sink, three burner LP range and oven, microwave, and a dual fuel refrigerator freezer.

The kitchen has a hard surface countertop and overhead and under-counter storage.

The living room has large windows that provide lots of natural light. You will have the standard tri-fold sofa and a dinette booth.

The Entertainment Center features a 32-inch LED TV on a swing arm and an AM/FM multi-zone radio.

The bedroom has a 60X80 walk-around queen bed with nightstands and overhead storage cabinets. The master also has a separate entry/exit door.

The main bath has a walk-in shower, large vanity, and mirrored medicine cabinet.

The Xplor exterior includes an outdoor kitchen with a two-burner stovetop and a small beverage refrigerator.
You will have a quick connect LP port and quick connect sprayer port for NON-POTABLE water.

There are four manual stabilizing jacks and a large storage compartment. The Transcend's other convenience features include a black tank flush, a 2-inch freshwater drain valve, a roof access ladder, and a walk-on roof.

The camper has a 50 amp service and is pre-wired and framed to support a second roof-mount air conditioner.
